Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026. LivioCoach is operated by its owner (referred to as "we" or "us").

1. Who these terms are for

LivioCoach is a platform that lets health, rehab and wellness professionals ("Clinicians") create and sell online courses, digital products, memberships and live group programs to their own customers ("Clients"). These terms apply to everyone who uses LivioCoach. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

2. Education, not medical care

Content on LivioCoach is general education. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Clients should talk with their own qualified provider about their situation, and call emergency services in an emergency. The AI course assistant answers only from a course's lessons and can be wrong.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

4. Clinicians

• Your content. You own the courses, products and materials you create. You give us permission to host, display and deliver them to your Clients and to show them in your creator page and marketing tools.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for everything you publish, including AI-generated drafts you approve. Review every lesson before publishing. Only claim credentials you hold, follow your profession's rules (including rules on scope of practice, advertising and conflicts of interest), and do not make cure or guaranteed-result claims.
• AI tools. AI drafts, research summaries and marketing are starting points and may contain mistakes. Research citations link to the original studies so you can check them.
• Plans and billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trial accounts may create one course; publishing requires a paid plan.
• Getting paid. Client payments are processed by Stripe and paid to your connected Stripe account. LivioCoach takes no commission on your sales; Stripe's processing fees apply. You are the seller to your Clients and are responsible for your own refunds policy, taxes and customer service.

5. Clients

• Purchases are made from the Clinician, who sets prices and refund terms. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Courses and digital products are licensed for your personal use. Please don't share your login or redistribute paid content.
• Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. Group program seats are for the listed sessions.
• Community replies must be respectful. Don't post personal health details you want to keep private.

6. Things you may not do

Break the law; upload content you don't have rights to; post harmful, misleading or hateful content; impersonate someone; try to access other people's accounts or data; or interfere with the service.

7. Third-party services

We use trusted providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), Netlify (website hosting), Anthropic (AI), email and photo services, and, if connected, social posting services. Their terms also apply when you use their features.

8. Disclaimers and limits

LivioCoach is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content Clinicians publish, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact
