Can I offer live coaching with my course?
Yes, on the Coaching Pro plan. Turn on Course + Coaching for any course and set the price, number of sessions and format. Clients choose self-paced or coaching on your landing page, you approve coaching requests, and approved clients get a button to book on your own scheduling link. Sessions are framed as coaching on the course material, not treatment, so keep them within your scope and licensure.
What's the difference between the plans?
All plans include the AI course builder, the hot-topic prompt bank, landing page, course assistant and client insights. DIY is for clinicians who want to promote their course their own way. Marketing Assistant adds an AI-written launch kit for every course: social posts, Facebook and Instagram ads, emails, a flyer, a video script, a 14-day launch plan and a fresh marketing pack every month. Coaching Pro adds a premium Course + Coaching tier, so clients can pay more for live sessions with you. You can switch plans anytime.
Is creating a course within my scope of practice?
Courses on the platform are general education, like the handouts and home-program teaching you already do. You choose the topic and approve every lesson, so you decide what's within your scope. Each course includes an education-only disclaimer. If you're unsure about a topic, check with your licensing board or professional association.
Do I need to enter any client health information?
No. You create courses from your own knowledge, and clients sign up with just a name and email. The platform isn't built to store health records, so please don't add client health details to lessons.
Will the AI give my clients medical advice?
No. The course assistant only answers from lessons you've approved. It won't diagnose or give personal treatment advice, and questions about symptoms, medications or emergencies are directed to a clinician or 911.
Do I need an audience or tech skills?
No tech skills needed. If you can write an email, you can build a course. You don't need a big following either. With the Marketing Assistant plan, every course gets a marketing kit (posts, ads, emails, a flyer and a 14-day launch plan) to help you reach your current clients, your practice, colleagues and local community.
